Coop's Surprize and Tricky Mover were slow to begin. Highfield Zibia checked off Inter Sandra soon after the start. Amaroo Chaos checked off Bluie Munro approaching the first turn checking Shuffling Sebba. Inter Sandra and Shuffling Sebba collided on the first turn. Before Dawn checked off Amaroo Chaos approaching the home turn. Highfield Zibia raced wide on the home turn. Tricky Mover checked off Bluie Munro on the home turn and again entering the home straight. Bluie Munro raced wide entering the home straight. Bluie Munro tired over the concluding stages of the event and lost considerable ground as a result.
Bluie Munro was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left shoulder. A 28 day stand down period was imposed.
Coop's Surprize was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.
