A pre–race urine sample was taken from Delicious.
Paw Trinny was quick to begin.
Paw Veldron raced ungenerously in the home straight, underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Kennel Representative Mr. Myles Delbridge regarding the greyhound’s racing manners in the home straight. After hearing evidence from Mr. Delbridge, viewing all the available race footage and acting on their own observations, the Stewards issued a warning to connections.
