Mr Rodney Lund was issued with a warning under GAR156(f) for negligence, after the greyhound Aston Angelo was placed in the incorrect kennel during the kennelling process. Similarly, Club Officials were reminded of their responsibilities and the matter was referred to the Club Manager.

Especial Yogi (faltered and lost ground at the 100m) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right chest injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
