Steward's Report
A pre-race urine sample was taken from Bakis Bale.
Paw Ollie was quick to begin.
Bakis Bale (turned its head outwards and marred Aston Gozo in the home straight) underwent a post-race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to representative Mr. Mason Koffman regarding Bakis Bale’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, Bakis Bale was charged with marring. Mr. Koffman pleaded guilty to the charge. Bakis Bale was suspended for 28 days (2nd offence) at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
