Steward's Report
Tinker Kim – Late scratching at 2:14pm due to weight variation (GAR 101). Tinker Kim is not permitted to compete for 10 days in any other Event. Trainer, Mr. Craig Burns, was fined $100.
A pre-race urine sample was taken from That's A Boodie.
Velox Bale and Stitch And Shout were quick to begin. Lyrical Cripps, Our Boy Roo and Aston Monitor were slow to begin.
Lyrical Cripps (contacted rail turning off the back straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have shin soreness on the right foreleg. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
