Steward's Report
Short Straw Trev and Fists Will Fly were slow to begin.
Short Straw Trev underwent a post-race veterinary examination - no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to Mr Donald Rhodes regarding the racing manners of Short Straw Trev approaching the winning post. After hearing submissions from Mr. Rhodes, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, a warning was issued.
A post-race urine sample was taken from Epitomize - the winner of the event.
