Steward's Report
Insensitive (turned head to inside from approaching the 150m mark to the 100m mark) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have injuries to the right deltoid and left hamstrings. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr Fred Vassallo regarding Insensitive’s racing manners from approaching the 150m mark to the 100m mark. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Insensitive was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Vassallo pleaded guilty to the charge. Insensitive was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
