Steward's Report
Lulu's Ride and Miss Millie were quick to begin. Sugar Shine was slow to begin.
Miss Millie (faltered approaching the home turn and lost ground) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have an injury to the right back muscle and soreness to the right shin. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Cosgrove Comet (checked approaching the home turn and subsequently fell) underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a fractured right radius/ulna. A 90 day stand down period was imposed.
A post–race sample was taken from Lulu's Ride – the winner of the event.
