Mr. Alan Clare informed Stewards that he had a vehicle breakdown on–route to the track. Stewards advised Mr. Clare that evidence of the breakdown will need to be submitted, to the satisfaction of Stewards, within 72 hours of the occurrence that caused the non–arrival. The matter will be re–evaluated upon receipt of this evidence. Supplementary Advice - The 28-day stand-down was expired on 12/6/24 after satisfactory confirmatory evidence as to the vehicle breakdown was supplied to the Stewards.
