Steward's Report
Zipping Mork – Late scratching at 1:11pm due to Trainer illness. A 28 day stand down period is imposed on the greyhound. Stewards advised Ms D. Pace that a medical certificate will need to be submitted (GAR 86 and LR 39) within 72 hours to the satisfaction of the Stewards. This matter will then be re-evaluated to remove the penalty on Zipping Mork.
Reality Mask – Late scratching at 1:11pm due to Trainer illness. A 28 day stand down period is imposed on the greyhound. Stewards advised Ms D. Pace that a medical certificate will need to be submitted (GAR 86 and LR 39) within 72 hours to the satisfaction of the Stewards. This matter will then be re-evaluated to remove the penalty on Reality Mask.
Rosie Beach – Late scratching at 1:25pm under GAR 92(4) on the advice of the On–Track Veterinarian after being found to be infested with fleas. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate of clearance stating the condition no longer exists before any future nominations will be accepted. A carpark sample (Blood) was taken from Rosie Beach following it's late scratching.
Solar Toby and Zipping Bowie were quick to begin. White Shiraz was slow to begin.
It was noted that the muzzle on Zipping Bowie was wedged between it's teeth upon pulling up in the catching pen.
