Inside Trader and Chic Shiraz were slow out. Inside Trader and Chic Shiraz collided in the back straight. Dewana Blue Boy and Pure City collided on the third turn. Iron Brian and Dewana Blue Boy collided on the third turn checking Pure City.
Romantic Shiraz was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent.
Steward's spoke to Mrs. J. Greenough the handler of Romantic Shiraz who could offer no explanation regarding the greyhound's seemingly poor performance.
