Steward's Report
Laquinta Boy, Warranty and Punctilious Lad were slow out. Invictus Roulett crossed to the outside soon after the start. Maverick Maggy crossed to the outside soon after the start checking Eason Bale. Laquinta Boy and Warranty collided soon after the start and several times approaching the first turn. Laquinta Boy, Warranty and Punctilious Lad collided on the first turn checking Laquinta Boy and Warranty. Eason Bale crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Maverick Maggy. Warranty galloped on the heels of Punctilious Lad on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Maverick Maggy was checked off the heels of Invictus Roulett on the first turn causing Maverick Maggy to race wide. Warranty and Punctilious Lad collided several times in the home straight.
The judges inadvertently semaphored the numbers 8 8 1 6 which were corrected to 7 8 1 6 prior to the all clear being given.
