Steward's Report
Gabbie O'Connor, Val Deeds and Spicy Silkab were slow out. Velocitor checked off the heels of Ashworth soon after the start checking Dyna Andrew. Tony's Fault and Ashworth collided approaching the first turn. Ashworth crossed to the running rail on the first turn checking Tony's Fault, Mysterious Doll, Gabbie O'Connor, Dyna Andrew and Val Deeds, severely checking Velocitor, causing Spicy Silkab to fall.
Velocitor was vetted injured ( left hand side thigh/pencil) stand-down 10 days.
Spicy Silkab was vetted injured (fractured left front leg) euthanased.
Stewards spoke to the trainer of Velocitor Mr T. Ross regarding the greyhounds performance tonight. Stewards directed that the greyhound perform STAT under Rule 85 before future nominations will be accepted.
