Steward's Report
Delicate Rose, Arvo's Zeus, Claudie and Spa Opal were slow out. Brindle Trent and Wokstar collided soon after the start. Delicate Rose checked off Arvo's Zeus soon after the start checking Claudie. Wokstar checked off Proven Tuscany on the first turn. Brindle Trent and Claudie collided on the first turn and raced wide as a result. Proven Tuscany checked off Arvo's Zeus on the second turn checking Jakelin. Wokstar checked off Jakelin on the third turn.
Spa Opal was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to its right back muscle. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Samples were taken from Arvo's Zeus, the winner of the event.
