Steward's Report
Mister Rubble, Flash Banker and Zac's Legend were slow out. Majestic Flex and Thinking Cap collided soon after the start checking Thinking Cap. Flash Banker and Zac's Legend collided soon after the start. Mister Rubble, Flash Banker, Zac's Legend and Aaron's Vialie collided soon after the start. Mister Rubble, Flash Banker, Aaron's Vialie and Majestic Flex collided on the first turn checking Aaron's Vialie and Majestic Flex and severely checking Flash Banker. Benowa Rocket and Zac's Legend collided on the home turn.
Flash Banker was vetted following the Event and Dr. Alistair Smith, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained soreness to the left hock and left pencil muscle. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Smith, the Stewards will stand Flash Banker down from competing for 5 days.
Zac's Legend was also vetted following the Event and Dr. Smith reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left deltoid. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Smith, the Stewards will stand Zac's Legend down from competing for 5 days.
