Steward's Report
Dyna Tessa was withdrawn by Stewards at 6.15pm kennelling time after Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound was presented for racing with a lame left foreleg. Acting in accordance with AGRR 6(4) and on a recommendation from Dr. Bell, the Stewards will stand Dyna Tessa down from competing for 10 days.
Ben's Fury was slow out. Ben's Fury and Metamorphosis collided approaching the first turn and again on the second turn. Metamorphosis checked off the heels of Little Jordyn entering the back straight.
Little Jordyn was vetted following the Event and Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right calf. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Bell, the Stewards will stand Little Jordyn down from competing for 5 days.
A swab sample was taken from Pastrana Bale, the winner of the Event.
