Steward's Report
Melvyn Bale, Wow and Stryder Man were slow out. Melvyn Bale, Wow and Trendy Jack collided soon after the start checking Melvyn Bale and Wow. Trendy Jack and Flex Appeal collided approaching the first turn. Melvyn Bale, Wow and Stryder Man collided on the first turn checking Wow and Stryder Man. Coleman Bale, Trendy Jack and Flex Appeal collided on the first turn checking Trendy Jack and Flex Appeal. Melvyn Bale, Flex Appeal and Stryder Man collided approaching the second turn checking Flex Appeal and Stryder Man. Coleman Bale, Trendy Jack and Chewy Rumballs collided approaching the second turn. Boss Joe faltered approaching the home turn. Coleman Bale and Wow collided in the home straight.
Boss Joe was vetted following the Event and Dr. Michael Bell, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound had cramped. No stand down penalty was applied. Acting in accordance with AGRR 85, the Stewards directed that Boss Joe must perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will again be accepted.
A swab sample was taken from Trendy Jack, the winner of the Event.
