Steward's Report
Madam Alinga, Blue Obsession, Westdance Melody and Massive La La were slow out. Blue Obsession, Aglaranna and Miss Elmore collided soon after the start checking Blue Obsession. Blue Obsession brushed the rail approaching the first turn. Britters Boy and Massive La La collided on the first turn. Madam Alinga and Aglaranna collided approaching the second turn. Blue Obsession checked off the heels of Britters Boy approaching the second turn checking Madam Alinga and Aglaranna. Massive La La and Shifty Toes collided on the third turn. Massive La La checked off the heels of Shifty Toes on the home turn checking Britters Boy. Blue Obsession veered in and fought Miss Elmore in the home straight.
Blue Obsession was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent with the greyhound. Acting under AGRR80.1, Stewards charged Blue Obsession and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at The Meadows and directed the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial, all tracks, before any future nomination, pursuant to AGRR81.1.
