Nullagoola and Mobil One were slow out and collided soon after the start checking Mobil One. Bourne Tradition, Red Gate and Backer's Choice collided approaching the first turn checking Red Gate. Red Gate and Nullagoola collided on the first turn checking Nullagoola and Mobil One. Jamella Rose and Legs Of Success collided on the first turn checking Jamella Rose. Red Gate checked off the heels of Mobil One approaching the home turn.
Red Gate was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no injury apparent with the greyhound.
