Steward's Report
Red Park Lad, Practical Excuse and Read About It were slow out. Red Park Lad, Practical Excuse, Read About It and Orchestrated collided soon after the start checking Practical Excuse. Nargin Lass, Sagres Girl, Red Park Lad, Read About It and Practical Excuse were severely checked on the first turn. Sagres Girl subsequently eased and tailed off.
Sagres Girl was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound was found to be injured in the right hamstring and will be stood down from racing for 7 days to recuperate. Acting under AGRR82.1(d), Stewards directed Sagres Girl perform a Satisfactory Trial, all tracks, before again being nominated.
A swab sample was taken from Ogden, the winner of the event.
