Steward's Report
Airborne, Frisky Gal and Live and Kicking were slow out. Frisky Gal and Skullring collided soon after the start. Black Jagga and Frisky Gal collided approaching the first turn. Ourboy Smokey raced wide on the first turn. Airborne and Skullring collided on the third turn and again approaching the home turn checking Airborne.
Ourboy Smokey was vetted following the event and Dr Alastair Smith, the club's Vetinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound was found to be injured in the right wrist. Acting on a recommendation from Dr Smith, theStewards will stand Ourboy Smokey down from competing for 7 days to recover.
A swab sample was taken from Roman Honcho, the winner of the event.
