Steward's Report
Scrubby Rise was a late scratching at 8.36am due to injury.
Elite Statement was slow out. Mystique Jewel, Whittington and Lady Emerald collided soon after the start. One More Chance, Whittington, Lady Emerald and Elite Statement collided on the first turn checking One More Chance and Lady Emerald. Zed I Daire and Mystique Jewel collided entering the home straight checking Zed I Daire.
Zed I Daire was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained cramp, a 3 day stand down period was imposed.
Steward's spoke to Mr. L. Carter the trainer of the greyhound Zed I Daire. Acting in accordance with GAR71 (cramp) Steward's directed that the greyhound must perform a satisfactory trial before any future nomination will be accepted.
