Steward's Report
Violet Mavis,Gelmec and Sonic Settler were slow out, Gelmec was tailed off soon after the start. Girl Got Rhythm checked off the heels of Final Pleasure approaching the first turn. Final Pleasure and Hold 'Em Barry collided on the first turn severely checking Final Pleasure. Violet Mavis checked off the heels of Sonic Settler on the first turn.
Gelmac was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injury right thigh, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards issued a warning to Mr. D. Elliott trainer of Gelmec regarding the greyhound performance in this event.
