Steward's Report
Paying The Price was slow out, Alydar and Stetson Shiraz collided soon after the start checking Stetson Shiraz. Akina Prince checked off the heels of Modern Deceit on the first turn. Akina Prince and Alydar collided on the home turn.
Immedately following this event stewards announced to hold all tickets as they had a concern with the start of the event (the releasing of the box lids) and after viewing the official race film and acting on their own observations stewards were of the opinion the incident had no bearing on the outcome of the event. Stewards then declared "all clear".
