Steward's Report
Wellslee Lass, Beaumaris Lad and Quasi Aussie were slow out. Meadow's Lad and Foxy Rex collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Caribbean Flash and Wellslee Lass collided on the home turn checking Caribbean Flash. Beaumaris Lad raced wide on the home turn. Beaumaris Lad raced erratically in the home straight and fell approaching the winning post.
Beaumaris Lad was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injured left wrist, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Steward's spoke to Mr. S. La Bozetta the trainer of Beaumaris Lad. Steward's directed that the greyhound undergo a satisfactory trial (all tracks) before any future nomination will be accepted (GAR 101).
