Steward's Report
Jillmar, Midnight Onyx, Tekanawa Lad and Honcho Bay were slow out. Mustang Monty checked off the heels of Pippy approaching the first turn checkign Nos and Honcho Bay and severely checking Nos which fell as a result. Jillmar and Tekanawa Lad collided on the first turn. Mustang Monty and Tekanawa Lad collided entering the back straight. Tekanawa Lad checked off the heels of Jillmar on the third turn. Jillmar and Pippy collided approaching the home turn. Midnight Onyx veered out and marred the running of Honch Bay several times in the home straight.
Nos Vetted: Left triangle 5 days stand down.
Midnigh Onyx Vetted:Right hock and wrist 10 days stand down.
Samples were taken from Pure Rush winner of the event.
Acting under GAR 96.1 stewards charged Midnight Onyx with marring and suspended the greyhound for 28 days at Cranbourne and is directed that the greyhound perform a STAT, pursuant to GAR 97.1 before any future nominatioon will be accepted.
