Steward's Report
Texas President, West Pence and Underrated Trick were slow out. Hoppy Joe and Underrated Trick collided approaching the second turn. Texas President and Miss Countach collided on the second turn causing Miss Countach to stumble. Hoppy Joe and Underrated Trick collided entering the back straight. Fine Silver and My Jamie collided on the third turn.
Miss Countach was vetted following the Event and Dr. David Stobo, the Club's Veterinary Surgeon, reported that the greyhound was found to have split webbing to the left hind leg. Acting on a recommendation from Dr. Stobo, the Stewards will stand Miss Countach down from competing for 21 days.
A swab sample was taken from Fine Silver, the winner of the Event.
