Steward's Report
Mr S Holmes was fined the sum of $50 for his failure to produce the registration papers for the greyhound Footbolt Shiraz pursuant to GAR 33.
Footbolt Shiraz was quick to begin. Prince Lark checked off Greysynd Rain soon after the start. Chunuk Bair, Major McCheese and Denersur collided soon after the start. Major McCheese checked off Chunuk Bair approaching the first turn. Major McCheese, Jaraman, Greysynd Rain and Prince Lark collided on the first turn checking Prince Lark. Major McCheese checked off Greysynd Rain approaching the home turn. Jaraman and Chunuk Bair collided approaching the home turn. Denersur and Miss Chaparal collided entering the home straight and again approaching the winning post.
Prince Lark was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a graze to its left calf, no stand down period was imposed.
