Destiny Shaker was slow out. Mepunga Jayelle and Cruz Kelton collided soon after the start. Mepunga Jayelle, Cruz Kelton and Dyna Filbert collided approaching the first turn checking Cruz Kelton. Dirt Cheap checked off Mepunga Jayelle approaching the first turn and collided with Burcov Magic. Bustino and Select Joss collided on the first turn. Dirt Cheap and Burcov Magic collided on the first turn. Destiny Shaker contacted the running rail on the second turn. Cruz Kelton, Burcov Magic and Select Joss collided entering the back straight checking Burcov Magic and Select Joss. Cruz Kelton, Burcov Magic and Select Joss collided on the home turn. Dirt Cheap checked off Mepunga Jayelle in the home straight. Cruz Kelton and Bustino collided approaching the winning post.
Destiny Shaker was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injuries to it's left monkey muscle and right thigh. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.
