HOT WEATHER AFFECTED MEETINGS FOR FRIDAY 14TH MARCH 2025

In accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy, the Healesville and Bendigo meetings for Friday 14/03/2025 have been marked as ‘Hot Weather Affected’.

BENDIGO GRA TRACK HARROW

The Bendigo Greyhound Racing Association would like to advise participants that they will, weather permitting, MEDIUM HARROW the track on SUNDAY 16th March.

The MEDIUM Harrow will be at a depth of between 41mm to 60mm

Please be advised that due to the current Hot Weather forecast for 15 March 2025, the following meeting is to be TRANSFERRED in accordance with the GRV Hot Weather Policy.

The safety and welfare of greyhounds and participants is of paramount concern for Greyhound Racing Victoria (GRV) in assessing whether a race meeting or individual races on a program should proceed, be delayed or abandoned in hot weather conditions.

CRANBOURNE OFFICE CLOSURE

The Cranbourne GRC office will be closed from Tuesday 11th March to Friday 14th March.

Over this period we will not be available for phone calls, but will be periodically checking emails for any emergency/urgent messages.

Maintenance will still be performed on the training facilities during this period.

WARRAGUL TRIALS

11/03/2025

All post-race trials held at Warragul must be paid in full by scheduled race 1. Bookings on race days opening at 9-30 a.m. on the day of racing.

Effective from the week commencing 10^th March 2025, Warragul Club post-race trials must be booked and paid for in full before scheduled race 1.

Please note that bookings open at 9-30 a.m. on the day of racing.

HEALESVILLE TRIALS WEDNESDAY 12TH MARCH

10/03/2025

Wednesday’s trials will go on Fastrack tomorrow morning from 9am. With current forecasts of 34 we aim to commence earlier to beat the heat.

Wednesday's trial session will now commence at 8:00am tomorrow until 12:00pm to avoid the forecasted heat in Healesville.

Trial bookings open at 9:00am this morning (Tuesday11th March).

LABOUR DAY PUBLIC HOLIDAY

Please note that due to the Labour Day Public Holiday on Monday 10th March, the following meetings have modified nomination close times.

Bendigo - Race meeting to be held on Wednesday 12th March - Nominations close at 8:00am on Monday 10th March.
Ballarat - Race meeting to be held on - Wednesday 12th March Nominations close at 9:00am on Monday 10th March.
Sale - Race meeting to be held on - Wednesday 12th March Nominations close at 10:00am on Monday 10th March.
The Meadows (MEP) - Race meeting to be held on - Wednesday 12th March Nominations close at 11:00am on Monday 10th March.
Sandown - Race meeting to be held on Thursday 13th March - Nominations close at 8:00am on Tuesday 11th March.

All other nominations close times remain unchanged.

GRV phone lines will be open for Nominations and Scratchings on Monday 10th March from 7:30am-12pm & 3pm-4:30pm.
