Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Kick On King, a post–race sample was subsequently taken.
Got My Mojo was quick to begin. Kick On King and Master Rhode were slow to begin.
Kick On King collided several times with Take A Carnation in the back straight and subsequently tailed off. Kick On King underwent a post-race veterinary examination and was found to have a left monkey muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Ms Kayla Thorburn regarding the greyhound's performance and racing manners over the concluding stages of the event. After hearing submissions from Ms Thorburn viewing the available race footage and acting on their observations, Stewards deemed the performance of Kick On King unsatisfactory. King On King must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 129, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
