A race day sample was taken from Miracle Mikey at the trainer’s kennel earlier today.
Mighty Milo – Late scratching at 2:47pm due to weight variation (GAR 101). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer, Mr. Bradley Chapman was fined $100.
Aston Payroll was slow to begin.
Aston Payroll faltered soon after box rise and subsequently tailed off. Underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a right hock sprain injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
