Magaluf Bob was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Time To Embrace was quick to begin.  Lektra Concord and Noaki Buckley were slow to begin.  Time To Embrace crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Loyal Son. Lektra Concord, Time To Embrace and Woofenden collided on the first turn checking Time To Embrace and severely checking Lektra Concord and Woofenden; Loyal Son was checked as a result.  Ice Toronado and Time To Embrace collided approaching the home turn.  Lektra Concord, Noaki Buckley and Time To Embrace collided approaching the home turn checking Time To Embrace.

Deadly Boy was quick to begin.  Zipping Maggie and Space Star were slow to begin.  Roethlisberger checked off Perfect Tess soon after the start.  Wind Whistler, Perfect Tess and Space Star collided on the first turn checking Perfect Tess.  Grifter Bale checked off Perfect Tess on the first turn.  Deadly Boy and Wind Whistler collided approaching the home turn.  Grifter Bale raced wide on the home turn.  Deadly Boy eased in the home straight.  Deadly Boy and Space Star collided approaching the winning post.

Deadly Boy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Stewards spoke to Mr. L. Walsh, the handler of the greyhound Deadly Boy regarding the greyhound's racing manners in the home straight.  Acting under GAR 69(A)(1) stewards charged Deadly Boy with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment. Mr. L. Walsh pleaded guilty to the charge,  Deadly Boy was found guilty and suspended for 28 days at Sale and directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks), pursuant to GAR 69(2)(A)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

Shall She Rock was quick to begin.  Go Jetta Go was slow to begin.  Tyra Giselle and Conquer Fear collided soon after the start.  Conquer Fear and Evie Jane collided soon after the start checking Evie Jane and Double Rinse.  Evie Jane, Go Jetta Go and Double Rinse collided approaching the first turn checking Evie Jane.  Conquer Fear raced wide approaching the second turn.  Double Rinse and Go Jetta Go collided on the home turn.

Take Charge was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder muscle tear, a 28 day stand down period was imposed.

Vapourette, Dyna Kayla, Big Kat and Zipping Rory were slow to begin and collided soon after the start.  Dyna Kayla and Bailey Rose collided soon after the start.  Texas Titan and Volksjager Blue collided soon after the start.  Vapourette checked off Big Kat entering the back straight.  Dyna Kayla and Volksjager Blue collided on the third turn.
