Steward's Report
Boris Bekim was a late scratching at 5.59pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr.Brian Fish was fined the sum of $100.
Molly Michelle and Cambridge Prince were slow to begin. Kirabilli George and Cambridge Prince collided on the first turn. Kirabilli George galloped on the heels of Rex Best on the second turn checking both greyhounds. Pat The Baker brushed the running rail on the third turn.
Rex Best which trailed the field throughout was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left hip, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.
