Lizzibee was quick to begin.  Kuschy's Krypto, Lucky Chan, Vincent's Fury and Advice Plenty collided soon after the start.  Reina Dela Noche and Hotshot Booker collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Lucky Chan contacted the running rail on the first turn and fell.

Lucky Chan was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured left front leg (radius).  The greyhound was humanely euthanised.

Stewards spoke to C. Pirani, the handler of Advice Aplenty regarding her failure to appear at the kennels by the appointed time to retrieve the greyhound for racing and issued her with a warning.

Wilma's Thunder was slow to begin.  Magic Court and Kilty Boy collided soon after the start.  Kilty Boy and Wilma's Thunder collided approaching the first turn checking Kilty Boy.  Tiger Pride and Kilty Boy collided on the first turn checking Tiger Pride.  Wilma's Thunder, Dark Dalliance and Riverdale Ellie collided approaching the home turn checking Dark Dalliance.  Dark Dalliance checked off Kilty Boy on the home turn.  Dark Dalliance raced wide in the home straight.

Fawn Montoya and Counting Stars were slow to begin.  Don Fire went up with the lids at box rise and was slow to begin.  Uncool Albert and Counting Stars collided soon after the start.  Uncool Albert, Counting Stars, Sniffer Grange, Boorolonga Boy and Pully George collided on the first turn checking Fawn Montoya, Counting Stars, Boorolonga Boy, Don Fire and Pully George.  Pully George and Sniffer Grange collided approaching the home turn.

Minnie Wipeout and Mind Bender were slow to begin.  Miner Rush and My Minion collided soon after the start checking Miner Rush.  King Ted, Princess Mogambo and Em Jo Lew collided soon after the start checking Princess Mogambo and Em Jo Lew.  Em Jo Lew, Go Wild Phil and My Minion collided approaching the first turn.  King Ted checked off Minnie Wipeout approaching the first turn.  Princess Mogambo, Go Wild Phil and Miner Rush collided approaching the home turn checking Princess Mogambo and Go Wild Phil.  King Ted and Em Jo Lew collided on the home turn.  King Ted checked off Em Jo Lew in the home straight.

King Ted was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to it's left shoulder and left wrist.  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Soft Ballad and Prancing Lad were slow to begin.  Kevaud's Girl and Crackerjack Lad were very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Soft Ballad checked off Zafonic Josh soon after the start.  Yazz checked off Zafonic Josh on the first turn.  Soft Ballad and Crackerjack Lad collided on the first turn checking Crackerjack Lad.  Zafonic Josh checked off Prancing Lad on the second turn.  Kevaud's Girl and Soft Ballad collided approaching the home turn.  Yazz and Prancing Lad collided on the home turn checking Prancing Lad.  Yazz checked off Kobyetta approaching the winning post.

Dugan and King Of Sunshine were slow to begin.  Pulciano was very slow to begin (3 lengths).  Doing Chewing, Manx Pharos, Home You Go, Taminick Girl and Stolen Gem collided on the first turn checking Doing Chewing, Taminick Girl, King Of Sunshine, Dugan and Pulciano.  Pulciano checked off King Of Sunshine in the home straight.

Mermaid Millie, Bit Iffy and Where's Crocky collided soon after the start checking Bit Iffy.  Where's Crocky checked off Can't Spend It approaching the first turn checking Mermaid Millie and Bit Iffy.  Can't Spend It and Bit Iffy raced wide entering the home straight.  Cattogio checked off Turanza Magic in the home straight.
