Steward's Report
An out of competition sample was taken from Revesby Bale on 6/2/2024 pursuant to GAR 139.
Aussie Karen was quick to begin. Revesby Bale was slow to begin.
Tomida collapsed in the catching pen. A post-race veterinary examination revealed Tomida to have suffered a seizure. Acting under the provisions of GAR 42, Tomida is prohibited from competing in an event until such time as both a veterinary clearance is provided to the satisfaction of Stewards and a Satisfactory Trial is completed, pursuant to GAR 132. Further, under the provisions of GAR 42(3), Tomida is suspended from racing for 28 days at all tracks.
Satisfactory Trial:
Drill Sergeant – Fail To Chase – Field of 4, Distance: 525m, Weight: 30.4kg, Box 2, Placed 1st , Time Run 30.06 – Comment: Cleared All Tracks, except Sandown.
