Breshia Bale and Saint Gas were quick to begin. Hercules Bale and Sandra Dee collided approaching the first turn checking Sandra Dee. Sandra Dee and Kilty Man collided approaching the first turn. Jem's Princess was quick to begin. Barcia Bee Bee was slow to begin. Bebony Bale checked off Lil Weezy approaching the first turn. Barcia Beebee checked off Miss Beccy approaching the first turn severely checking Lil Weezy and Barcia Beebee. Shiraz Lady checked off Lil Weezy on the home turn.

 Shiraz Lady was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both monkey muscles, a 10 day stand down period was imposed.

Should You Daire was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuires to the left pencil muscle, and left and right hamstrings, a10 day stand down period was imposed.

Crackerjack Lad was slow to begin. Noosa Rocket, Unther Bale and Renewable Energy collided soon after the start checking Unther Bale. Fear The Best, Hashtag Drew and Eye Adam collided several times approaching the first turn. Fear The Best and Hashtag Drew collided on the first turn checking Fear The Best. Fear The Best and Power Maker collided on the first turn checking Power Maker. Crackerjack Lad and Power Maker collided approaching the home turn. Unther Bale, Fear The Best and Renewable Energy collided approaching the home turn checking Fear The Best. Unther Bale and Renewable Energy collided in the home straight.
