Astrome and With A Beer were quick to begin. Foxy Flyer, Sharni Rose, Arvo's Caleb and Dynamite Spice collided soon after the start checking Foxy Flyer, Arvo's Caleb and Dynamite Spice. Seductive Torch and Sharni Rose collided approaching the first turn checking Sharni Rose. Arvo's Caleb clipped the heels of Sharni Rose on the first turn checking Arvo's Caleb and Dynamite Spice. Deadly Viking raced wide in the home straight. Sharni Rose crossed to the rail in the home straight checking Arvo's Caleb. Arvo's Caleb checked off Sharni Rose approaching the winning post.

Stetson Surprize was a late scratching at 3:18pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr. M. Teresi was fined the sum of $100.

Lup Chong and Vizzari were quick to begin. Nitro Princess and Spring Hombre were slow to begin. I'm So Dizzy was very slow to begin 3 lengths. Lup Chong checked off Vizzari on the first turn. Hotlips Matilda checked off Nitro Princess approaching the second turn. Mrs. Fozz, Nitro Princess and Spring Hombre collided on the second turn checking Mrs. Fozz. Mrs. Fozz crossed to the outside entering the home straight and stumbled and lost ground as a result. Nitro Princess and Spring Hombre collided several times in the home straight.

Mrs. Fozz was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a left shoulder injury and a right groin injury. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.

Lexton Gold was quick to begin. Clovalley Bev and Straight Flush collided soon after the start checking Straight Flush. Lexton Gold crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Boorolonga Boy and Fat Garry. Clovalley Bev raced wide approaching the home turn checking Splash Of White. Straight Flush and Splash Of White collided approaching the home turn and again on the home turn. Clovalley Bev raced wide in the home straight. Straight Flush and Splash Of White collided on several ocassionans in the home straight.

Gracie's Guess was a late scratching at 2:50pm on the advice of the Club’s Veterinary Surgeon due to a cut to the left hind paw. A 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Ultimate Jet and Mini Ang collided soon after the start. Ultimate Jet galloped on the heels of Miss Lilli Mai on the first turn. Khandi Khandi and Faint Glimpse collided in the home straight.

Julie Fozz was quick to begin. Jayne Fozz, Noisemaker, Fear Her and Mill House collided soon after the start checking Fear Her. Wally Matuszek, Jazomax and Cosmic Quest collided soon after the start checking Comic Quest. Wally Matuszek and Julie Fozz collided on the second turn checking Julie Fozz. Julie Fozz galloped on the heels of Jazomax approaching the home turn checking Jazomax. Jayne Fozz checked off Jazomax on the home turn. Mill House galloped on the heels of Jayne Fozz entering the home straight. Wally Matuszek and Julie Fozz collided approaching the winning post.

Mid Air Crash checked off Kilcolegan Cross approaching the first turn. Rex Best checked off Acola Jade on the first turn. Mid Air Crash and Acola Jade collided on the first turn. Bergaz and Our Jordan collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Acola Jade checked off Mid Air Crash on the second turn. Rex Best checked off Wave Action entering the back straight. Mid Air Crash checked off Kilcolegan Cross on the third turn.

Kilcolegan Cross was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness in the right shoulder and soreness in the left wrist. A stand down period of 7 days was imposed.

Bernmar Roz was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury, however it was found the greyhound was in season. A stand down period of 28 days was imposed.

Stewards issued a warning to Mr. W. Donlan, the trainer of Kilcolegan Cross regarding the greyhound’s racing manners on the first turn.

Grave Digger and Diamond Hustler collided soon after the start checking Diamond Hustler. Regal Diamond, Grave Digger and Valletta Knight collided on the first turn checking Grave Digger and Valletta Knight. Grave Digger and Diamond Hustler collided on the home turn checking Grave Digger. 

Grave Digger was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained soreness in the right triangle. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.

Black Promise, Me Name's Nelson, Pentapod and Lily Black collided on the firts turn checking Me Name's Nelson. Black Promise and Lily Black collided entering the back straight checking Lily Black. Black Promise checked off Brass Knocka in the back straight. Bolar Blade checked off Brass Knocka entering the home straight. Ken's Party and Lily Black collided in the home straight.

Hanging Solo was very slow to begin, 3 lengths. Turanza Magic and Mr. Rosato collided soon after the start. Saxon and Keith's Fiasco collided on the first turn checking Saxon. Turanza Magic clipped the heels of Keith's Fiasco on the first turn checking Turanza Magic and Mr. Rosato. Turanza Magic stumbled as a result. Wally Portelli and Mr. Rosato collided approaching the home turn. Wally Portelli galloped on the heels of Mr. Rosato entering the home straight. Varix and Keith's Fiasco collided entering the home straight and again in the home straight.

Lil' Swiss was slow to begin. Soft Ballad and Merlot Magic collided soon after the start checking Soft Ballad. Silent City, Ella Jordan, Victoria Jay, Lil' Swiss and Merlot Magic collided entering the back straight checking Victoria Jay, Lil' Swiss and Merlot Magic. Silent City clipped the heels of Zafonic Josh approaching the home turn checking Silent City.

Spida Silva, Have No Fear and Red Bomber were slow to begin. Lachlan River and Marita Jay collided soon after the start. Boss Hustler and Spida Silva collided soon after the start. Boss Hustler and Alice Fox collided on the first turn. Lachlan River galloped on the heels of Spida Silva on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Red Bomber, Spider Silva and Marita Jay collided approaching the home turn checking Spider Silva. Good Odds Devil tired over the concluding stages.

Good Odds Devil was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

A pre race sample was taken from Teecee Raider.

Ice Cold Bundy was quick to begin. Teecee Raider was slow to begin. Matty's Caravan checked off Demolition Guy on the first turn, checking Ice Cold Bundy, Heavenly Star and Corgi Cry. Corgi Cry contacted the running rail approaching the home turn and lost ground as a result. Why Not Rowan checked off Our Miss Ruby approaching the home turn.

Why Not Rowan was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a right triangle injury. A stand down period of 5 days was imposed.
