Inner Peace, Bekim Echo and He Throws Bombs were slow to begin.  Heza Dee Light, Mini Hawk and Kinloch Angel collided soon after the start checking Kinloch Angel. Inner Peace and Kinloch Angel collided on the first turn checking both greyhounds.  Bekim Echo and Heza Dee Light collided approaching the home turn.  Bekim Echo checked off Mini Hawk approaching the home turn checking Heza Dee Light.  Inner Peace and Heza Dee Light collided entering the home straight.  Inner Peace, Bekim Echo and Heza Dee Light collided in the home straight checking Bekim Echo and Heza Dee Light checking Bekim Echo and Heza Dee Light.

Bekim Echo was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Heza Dee Light was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained a spike wound to it's right hind metatarsal.  No stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from He Throws Bombs, the winner of the event.

Kanga Kel and Dyna Judas collided soon after the start checking Dyna Judas.  Spring Marcus checked off Horsham Myth approaching the home turn checking In The Flesh.  In The Flesh, Riley Boy and Dyna Judas collided approaching the home turn checking all three greyhounds.  Dyna Judas and In The Flesh collided entering the home straight.

A sample was taken from Phaser Bale, the winner of the event.

Maximum Chez was a late scratcing at 5:14pm due to illness (GAR 23).  A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Stewards will require a veterinary certificate before any future nomination will be accepted.

Chrichton Bale was slow to begin.  Arolok Jane and All For Nothing collided soon after the start.  Uno Shelley crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Arolok Jane and All For Nothing.  Chrichton Bale and All For Nothing collided approaching the first turn checking All For Nothing.  Chrichton Bale clipped the heels of Anisa Bale approaching the home turn and collided with All For Nothing; Chrichton Bale and All For Nothing were checked as a result.  Chrichton Bale eased on the home turn and collided with All For Nothing checking both greyhounds; All For Nothing raced wide as a result.

Stewards spoke to Mr. M. Delbridge, the trainer of the greyhound Chrichton Bale regarding the greyhound's racing manners on the home turn.  Chrichton Bale was vetted following the event and after being re-vetted following event 9, it was reported that the greyhound sustained grazing to it's left and right calves.  No stand down period was imposed.  Acting under GAR 69(B)(1), the stewards charged Chrichton Bale with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury).  Mr. Delbridge pleaded not gulity to the charge.  Chrichton Bale was found guilty and stewards directed that the greyhound perform a Satisfactory Trial (all tracks) pursuant to GAR 69(B)(1)(a) before any future nomination will be accepted.

All For Nothing was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Ima Apple was quick to begin.  Black Macoy, Almani Bruiser and Ledaro Dash collided soon after the start checking Almani Bruiser and Ledaro Dash.

Fleetwood Storm was quick to begin.  Tekki Minx and Aeroplane Ritzy collided approaching the first turn checking Aeroplane Ritzy.  Tekki Minx brushed the running rail approaching the home turn.  Tekki Minx checked off Winfield Sammy approaching the home turn.

High Mission was quick to begin.  Ozzy Bale was slow to begin.  Jenkins Bale and Jordan Allen collided soon after the start.  Young Hawke, Jenkins Bale, Jordan Allen and Spreading Rumors collided soon after the start checking Jordan Allen and Spreading Rumors.  Young Hawke and Cobalt Kaos collided approaching the home turn checking Cobalt Kaos.  Jordan Allen and Ozzy Bale collided on the home turn.  Ozzy Bale and Cobalt Kaos raced wide in the home straight.  Cobalt Kaos tired over the concluding stages of the event.

Skinny Vinnie and Cruisy's Joy were slow to begin.  Opus  Bale and Gaudi collided soon after the start.  El Soprano checked off Unbound on the first turn.  Empire Allen and Elite Faze collided on the first turn.  El Soprano checked off Empire Allen approaching the home turn.  Opus Bale checked off Empire Allen on the home turn.  El Soprano and Elite Faze collided entering the home straight.

Sign Of Snow was slow to begin.  Born Ali and Sign Of Snow collided approaching the first turn.  Sahara and Darbain Dasher collided approaching the first turn.

Elly's Dream was quick to begin.  Kalden Crixus and Ballistic Fire collided soon after the start.  Kalden Crixus, Ballistic Fire and Ousai Bale collided soon after the start.  Call Me Hank crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Ballistic Fire and Ousai Bale.  Yabba Dabba Dee and Ten Grand Large collided approaching the home turn checking Yabba Dabba Dee and Kalden Crixus.  Yabba Dabba Dee galloped on the heels of Ballistic Fire approaching the home turn checking Ballistic Fire.  Yabba Dabba Dee checked off Ballistic Fire on the home turn.

Coup D'Etat was quick to begin.  Relius Bale was slow to begin.  Belfort checked off Choco Rocco on the first turn.  Belfort and Hold On Beau collided on the home turn.

Our Arandt crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Black Salt and Mr. Genetic.  Warami Sam and Seeking Treasure collided soon after the start.  Warami Sam and Tayler's Special collided on the first turn.  Warami Sam galloped on the heels of Tekki Tremor on the first turn checking Tekki Tremor.  Tekki Tremor checked off Warami Sam approaching the home turn.  Black Salt checked off Tekki Tremor on the home turn.  Our Arandt and Warami Sam collided on the home turn.  Mr. Gentic raced wide on the home turn.  Tayler's Special checked off Tekki Tremor entering the home straight.

Banana Blanket and White Macoy collided soon after the start.  White Macoy checked off Hurricane Yella approaching the first turn.  Coopnarcha crossed to the rail on the first turn checking Dyna Shinko and severely checking Pure Grand Senor and Banana Blanket; Pure Grand Senor stumbled and Banana Blanket fell as a result.  Hurricane Yella checked off Caramel Mix on the home turn.

Stewards spoke to starter, Mr. P. Nicholls and reminded him of his responsibilties regarding initiating the start in a more timely manner.
