Lektra Vision was quick to begin. Tee Pee Panther was slow to begin. Our Nico checked off Saint Gas soon after the start. New Job Jimmy, Castel Bale, Saint Gas and Occupation Lad collided approaching the first turn checking Saint Gas, Castel Bale and Occupation Lad. Tee Pee Panther checked off Castel Bale on the first turn. New Job Jimmy raced wide on the home turn. Lektra Vision, Just Robbed and Saint Gas collided approaching the winning post.

Dyna Phoebe checked off El Huracan soon after the start. Flying Do Do and El Huracan collided approaching the first turn. One Pup Wonder checked off Kizmet Kooper on the first turn. Flying Do Do and Dyna Phoebe collided approaching the home turn checking both greyhounds. One Pup Wonder and El Huracan collided on the home turn. Dyna Phoebe checked off Flying Do Do in the home straight. One Pup Wonder checked off Billy Jack in the home straight. 

Orange Fisheggs was quick to begin. Gold Bust and Laura Dora were slow to begin. Orange Fisheggs and Twisted Whiskers collided on the first turn checking Twisted Whiskers. Twisted Whiskers and Laura Dora collided approaching the home turn checking Twisted Whiskers. Tear Away Guy and Laura Dora collided approaching the home turn checking Tear Away Guy and Gold Bust. Tear Away Guy and Gold Bust collided on the home turn severely checking Tear Away Guy. Lucky Chan and Twisted Whiskers collided on the home turn checking Lucky Chan. 

Lucky Chan was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left back muscle, left pencil muscle, right shoulder and left monkey muscle, a 21 day stand down period was imposed.

Tear Away Guy was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to both shoulders and the right back muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

A sample was taken from Augusta Dreaming - the winner of the event.

Storm Force was a late scratching at 5.51p.m. due to weight variation (GAR 39).   A 10 day stand down period was imposed.  Trainer, P. Fulton was fined the sum of $100.

Explosive Gas was quick to begin. Simple One, Flynnie and Got Held Up collided soon after the start. Coney Island and Reina Dela Noche collided approaching the first turn severely checking Reina Dela Noche. Reina Dela Noche and Flynnie collided approaching the first turn severely checking Reina Dela Noche. Got Held Up, Simple One and Flynnie collided on the first turn checking Flynnie and severely checking Simple One. Flynnie checked off Got Held Up in the home straight.

Simple One was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left shoulder, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Golden Girl Anna and Toy Princess were slow to begin. Starbright Tara crossed to the rail approaching the first turn checking Dyna Quote and Doing Chewing and severely checking Prancing Lad, which stumbled and collided with Golden Girl Anna and Toy Princess, severely checking both greyhounds. Dyna Quote checked off Doing Chewing on the home turn. Angsana checked off Doing Chewing entering the home straight. Toy Princess checked off Golden Girl Anna entering the home straight.

Prancing Lad was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right shoulder and right back muscle, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Arolok Molly and Noosa Rocket were slow to begin and collided soon after the start. Say Again, Mepunga Ledger, Spyware and Karagiozis collided approaching the first turn. Spyware checked off Karagiozis on the first turn checking Arolok Molly and Noosa Rocket. Say Again and Mepunga Ledger collided in the home straight checking Say Again. 

Chevy Spark crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Black Barron Lad, Sienna's Dream, Dyna Ping and Roger The Runner. Dyna Ping, Seanna Celeste and Sienna's Dream collided on the first turn checking Seanna Celeste and severely checking Sienna's Dream, Roger The Runner and Black Barron Lad. Symmetry Lad and Chevy Spark collided approaching the winning post. 

Starbright went up with the lids at box rise and was slow out as a result. Tiger Toy was slow to begin. Scenic Shot and Starbright collided approaching the home turn. Starbright checked off Scenic Shot on the home turn. 

Bernmar Princess and Power Maker were slow to begin. Grand Slam Diva, Lacka Detail and Volta Allen collided on the first turn. Volta Allen checked off Grand Slam Diva approaching the home turn. Bernmar Princess and Volta Allen collided entering the home straight. 

Lektra Fury was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the right back muscle and left hamstring, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Bazzagrey was slow to begin. Buzz Raider and Missy Irene collided soon after the start. Rellim Lesta and Pay Da Trail collided soon after the start. Another City and Miss Tron were slow to begin. Our Lucky Day crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Magic Galo, Kifinti and Fear The Best. Fear The Best and Magic Galo collided approaching the first turn checking Magic Galo. Another City and Tik Tok Boom collided on the first turn checking Tik Tok Boom and Kifinti. P. Smith, trainer of Tekki Yvettia redeclared a new weight of 28.3kg for the greyhound in accordance with GAR 39(2).  Tekki Yvettia last raced at 29.9kg.

Invisible Stars, Rumbalara Girl and Tekki Yvettia collided soon after the start and again on the first turn. Get Me, Underbelly Angel and Dancing Madi collided approaching the home turn. Rumbalara Girl, Underbelly Angel, Dancing Madi, Tekki Yvettia and Invisible Stars collided on the home turn severely checking Tekki Yvettia and Invisible Stars, both greyhounds stumbled as a result. Invisible Stars and Tekki Yvettia collided in the home straight. Underbelly Angel and Dancing Madi collided in the home straight.

Tekki Yvettia was vetted following the event.  It was reported that there was no apparent injury found.

Invisible Stars was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left back muscle and left monkey muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Meeting Comments:

Satisfactory Trial Results - Secret Spell trialled over the 450m from box one, weight 28.3kg, the greyhound was placed first in a field of four. The time of the trial was 25:05, the greyhound won by a margin of 8 lengths. Secret Spell was Cleared.
