China Rose and Princess Pain were slow to begin.

Lovely Lizzie crossed to the rail soon after the start checking Go On Then and Princess Pain. Fine Diner checked off Call Me Callahan approaching the first turn checking China Rose. Southwood Alice checked off Princess Pain on the first turn. China Rose and Go On Then collided approaching the home turn checking China Rose. Southwood Alice and Princess Pain collided in the home straight. Bling My Day crossed to the rail in the home straight checking Call Me Callahan.

Skyfire, Zipping Casper and Speed Chill collided in the back straight checking Zipping Casper and Speed Chill. Fiery Fox checked off Skyfire on the second turn. Sarsha and Zipping Casper collided approaching the home turn checking Zipping Casper. Sarsha checked off Winfield Sammy in the home straight. 

Speed Chill was vetted following the event. It was reported that there was no apparent injury.

Reap The Benefit, Miss Shirleen and Looby Lu were slow to begin.

El Chana and Chasin Mikado collided approaching the second turn. Chasin Mikado and Looby Lu collided on the second turn. El Chana checked off Reap The Benefit on the third turn. Looby Lu and Miss Shirleen raced wide in the home straight. 

Honeydukes was a late scratching at 4:01p.m. by permission of Stewards. A 10 day stand down period was imposed. 

Mexico Joe, Becci Leone and He's No Jet collided soon after the start checking Mexico Joe and Becci Leone. Madame Black checked off Our Shiraz soon after the start. Mexico Joe checked off Becci Leone on the first turn checking Madame Black. He's No Jet and Honeypot Agogo on the second turn checking He's No Jet. Mexico Joe and Honeypot Agogo collided on the third turn and again entering the home straight. 

Perfect Madison was quick to begin.

Stewards spoke to catcher Mr. N. Daniell and issued him a warning regarding the use of headphones while catching. 

Satisfactory Trial Results - 

Filius Flitwick trialled over the 450m distance from box 1, weight 32.1kgs, the greyhound was placed 1st in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25.59, the greyhound won by a margin of 2.25 lengths. Filius Flitwick was Cleared.

Cobalt Mist trialled over the 450m distance from box 3, weight 25.8kgs, the greyhound was placed 2nd in a field of 4. The time of the trial was 25.59, the greyhound was beaten by a margin of 2.25 lengths. Cobalt Mist was Cleared.
