Unova Bale, Inga Bale and Bounty were slow to begin. Saint Jane, Spring Candy and Unova Bale collided soon after the start. Inga Bale, Bounty and Spring Millie collided soon after the start checking Bounty. Spring Candy checked off Kallara Gem on the first turn checking Inga Bale. Spring Candy checked off Inga Bale in the back straight checking Unova Bale. Saint Jane checked off Kallara Gem approaching the home turn checking Bounty. Spring Candy and Unova Bale collided in the home straight. Saint Jane and Kallara Gem collided in the home straight.
Spring Candy was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained the start of a tear in it's right monkey muscle. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
