Steward's Report
Santa Storm, Starbright and Mepunga Locky collided approaching the first turn checking Mepunga Locky and severely checking Santa Storm. Santa Storm checked off Starbright on the first turn checking Molly Michelle. Santa Storm and Molly Michelle collided several times approaching the home turn severely checking both greyhounds, Santa Storm pulled up as a result.
Santa Storm was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right radius, and was humanely euthanised.
A sample was taken from Prince Baling - the winner of the event.
