Zenome Bale, Penny Blossom and Mazzetti collided on the first turn. Mumbles Murray and Fear The Best collided on the home turn. Penny Blossom and Welcome Back collided on the home turn.

Who's That Chap and Tear Away Minnie were slow to begin. Got Held Up, Arrival and Danny Brook collided soon after the start checking Arrival and Reina Dela Noche. Who's That Chap and Got Held Up collided approaching the first turn checking Got Held Up. Who's That Chap and Danny Brook collided on the first turn severely checking Who's That Chap, Danny Brook, Reina Dela Noche and Parsec Bale, and causing Who's That Chap to fall. Sookie's Fantasy tired over the concluding stages of the race.

Danny Brook was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the left pencil muscle, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Who's That Chap was vetted following the event.  It was reported that the greyhound sustained an injury to the right wrist, a 7 day stand down period was imposed.

Miss Jacovella was slow to begin. Be Two Bomber, Seabrook Joel and Stop Moochin' collided soon after the start. Cudgee George and Ruby Dutchess collided soon after the start. Tron's Son and Seabrook Joel collided approaching the first turn. Cudgee George galloped on the heels of Stop Moochin' on the first turn. Cudgee George and Miss Jacovella collided on the first turn. Ruby Dutchess, Tron's Son and Seabrook Joel collided on the first turn checking Tron's Son. Be Two Bomber and Stop Moochin' collided approaching the home turn. Ruby Dutchess and Tron's Son collided on the home turn. Seabrook Joel raced wide entering the home straight. Miss Jacovella and Tron's Son collided approaching the winning post.

Allen Gundam was slow to begin. Couta Model, Miss Bo Wicked, Missy's Return and Honeydukes collided soon after the start checking Miss Bo Wicked and Missy's Return. Classified Miss and Couta Model collided on the first turn. Miss Bo Wicked checked off Missy's Return on the home turn. Our Shiraz and Saint Gracie collided in the home straight and again approaching the winning post.

Truly Loyal and Dee Tee collided soon after the start checking Truly Loyal. Out This Way and Dyna Rapidash collided soon after the start. Truly Loyal checked off Mepunga Ledger approaching the first turn. El Roscoe and Mepunga Ledger collided on the first turn. El Roscoe, Mepunga Ledger and Truly Loyal collided on the home turn. Out This Way raced wide in the home straight. Compa Allen and Hurricane Yella collided in the home straight.

Zoe was quick to begin. Starbright Tara and And Away were slow to begin. Hetalia Bale and Ima Apple collided soon after the start. Ima Apple and Starbright Tara collided approaching the first turn and again on the first turn checking both greyhounds. Ima Apple and Starbright Tara collided on the home turn. 

The Club Veterinary Surgeon examined Pipeline Hero and no illness was detected. The greyhound was a late scratching at 6:26pm due to weight variation (GAR 39). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Trainer Mr.M.Bird was fined the sum of $100.

Noosa Rocket was slow to begin. Noosa Rocket and Fight Club collided soon after the start checking Noosa Rocket. Go On Then and Molly's Silver collided approaching the first turn severely checking Molly's Silver which stumbled as a result. Noosa Rocket galloped on the heels of Fight club approaching the home turn. Cosmic Lily and Just A Taste collided entering the home straight.

Molly's Silver was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained injuries to the left and right back muscles and left wrist, a 14 day stand down period was imposed.

Karagiozis was slow to begin. Dyna Lemmy, Karagiozis, Dyna Vank and Riley's Planet collided approaching the first turn checking Dyna Vank. Spyware and Riley's Planet collided on the first turn checking Riley's Planet. Karagiozis and Riley's Planet collided approaching the home turn checking Riley's Planet and Crackerjack Lad. Dyna Vank and Rileys' Planet collided on the home turn. Santa Storm race wide in the early part of the home straight.

Mr. Snackman was slow to begin. Roger The Runner and Our Lucky Day collided soon after the start checking Our Lucky Day. Magic Diva and Elite Diva collided approaching the first turn. Belfort and Tye Me Up collided on the first turn checking Tye Me Up. Tye Me Up and Mr. Snackman collided approaching the home turn, causing Roger The Runner to race wide.

Seanna Celeste was quick to begin. Centralian and Seanna Celeste collided soon after the start. Kirabilli Jaxson and Vila Joya collided soon after the start checking Vila Joya. White Spyro, Kirabilli Jaxson, Dyna Ping and Centralian collided approaching the first turn. Starbright and White Spyro collided on the first turn. Kirabilli Jaxson and Dyna Ping collided on the first turn. Centralian checked off the heels of Haggis Lad on the first turn checking Vila Joya. Kirabilli Jaxson faltered on the first turn and pulled up. Haggis Lad checked off the heels of Dyna Ping on the home turn. Centralian raced wide in the home straight. 

Kirabilli Jaxson was vetted following the event. It was reported that the greyhound sustained a fractured right hock, and was humanely euthanised.

Get Me was quick to begin. Belena Prince, Maybe Vegas, Classic Caper, Lektra Luther and Rumbalara Girl collided approaching the first turn checking Classic Caper and Lektra Luther. Maybe Vegas and Rumbalara Girl collided on the first turn and again approaching the home turn. Get Me and Dyna Malaise collided on the home turn.
