Steward's Report
Oni Geisha – Late scratching at 5:37am when Trainer Mr C.Knott reported the greyhound to have a illness (GAR 76). A 10 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards will require a veterinary certificate pursuant to GAR 19(3)(w) before any future nominations will be accepted.
Viking and Motor Head Maxim were quick to begin. Aston Bianca and Saady Goes Bang were slow to begin.
Aston Bianca lost ground soon after the start, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have right shin soreness. A 5 day stand down period was imposed.
Viking – Stewards were satisfied with the boxing of the greyhound and removed the boxed first endorsement for future events, in accordance with GAR 106.
