Steward's Report
Pursuant to GAR 75(6), Parade Steward, Mr. A. Blake did not act in any official capacity that may have in any way affected the outcome of this event.
Dynamite Kid and Well Wisher were slow to begin.
Dynamite Kid (lost ground approaching the home turn), underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left triangle muscle injury. A 10 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to representative, Miss. J. Lyons regarding the racing manners of Uncle Rosco entering the home straight. After hearing submissions from Miss. Lyons, viewing the available race footage and having their own observations, Stewards took no further action.
A post-race sample was taken from Uncle Rosco - the winner of the event.
