Steward's Report
No Charge was quick to begin. Aston Angelo and Two Reasons were slow to begin.
Two Reasons (turned head outwards in the concluding stages of the event) underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left wrist injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Mr. Joe Uglietta regarding Two Reason’s racing manners in the concluding stages of the event. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Two Reason's was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Mr. Uglietta pleaded not guilty to the charge. Two Reasons was found guilty and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
