Steward's Report
A pre–race sample was unable to be obtained from Tinker Dot, a post–race sample was subsequently taken.
House Of Turbo (marred Aston Affleck in the home straight) underwent a post–race veterinary examination – no apparent injury was reported. Stewards spoke to kennel representative Mr. Michael Cullen regarding House Of Turbo’s racing manners. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, House Of Turbo was charged with marring. Mr. Cullen pleaded guilty to the charge. House Of Turbo was suspended for 28 days at all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
