Neena Bale underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have an oral lesion and a right hamstrings injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed.
Stewards spoke to Ms. D. Coleman regarding Neena Bale’s racing manners in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 125, Neena Bale was charged with failing to pursue the lure with due commitment (by reason of injury). Ms. Coleman pleaded guilty to the charge. Neena Bale was found guilty must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 125, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
