Steward's Report
Laid Back and I'm A Gizmo were quick to begin. Our Stormy Ride was slow to begin.
I'm A Gizmo, underwent a post–race veterinary examination and was found to have a left hind gracillis injury. A 7 day stand down period was imposed. Stewards spoke to Trainer, Mr. K. Howat, regarding the racing manners of I'm A Gizmo in the home straight. Acting under the provisions of GAR 123, I'm A Gizmo was charged with marring. Mr. Howat pleaded guilty to the charge. I'm A Gizmo was found guilty and suspended for 28 days all tracks and must perform a Satisfactory Trial in accordance with GAR 127, and pursuant to GAR 132, before any future nomination will be accepted.
